Main Lodge & Facilities:

Nestled beneath the towering trees of the surrounding old growth forest, the main lodge is not far from the water's edge, and is very inviting with its lovely front porch that runs the whole length of the building, a magic place to come sit and relax after your day of fishing or hunting.

The lodge itself, while being the main residence for the owners, has an open public area at front where you'll find the store for bait and supplies, and a cozy dining room for those on the meal plan or simply wanting to have a chat. All with a great view of the lake and our secluded bay through several large picture windows.

A wide open grassy area in front of the main lodge is perfect for gathering and sharing stories with your fellow guests. A few large picnic tables spread about are also a great spot for our many fish fries where everyone can enjoy the lake's great bounty while appreciating the magnificent view of spectacular northern sunsets.

We have 2 fish cleaning huts for guests to use, as well as dozens of miles of walking trails to discover our beautiful forest in between your fishing or hunting excursions. There are bbq's available upon request, propane for the stoves and heaters, and electricity provided by a central generator.

Each cabin is only a few feet from the water, with large windows to take in the beauty of the pristine wilderness right at your doorstep. There are picnic tables and fire pits at each cabin and a single or double dock for tying up your boat a few steps from your own front door.

There is also a lovely picnic island not far out from our bay, well set up with fire pits and picnic tables, walking trails and an outhouse. There are large docks there also, and a lovely sandy bottom in the swimming area.

The whole camp has a wonderful feeling of remoteness and absolute tranquillity such as you would expect to find in a far-away fly-in camp while remaining as easily accessible to guests as a drive-in facility, with good roads leading to several major cities within easy driving distance, and a short boat ride upon your arrival.

Come discover for yourself why everyone is pleasantly surprised and completely awed at the quiet beauty of this majestic lake and its surroundings, and you may just find yourself wanting to return again to our little corner of paradise.
